International Language Organization Office

This is a story about a Chinese vagrant named GAIGAILUN who wants to create an organization called International Language Organization. I co-built an international language organization office in a Beijing office building with him and helped him complete this presentation.
At first, I met a person on the Internet who claimed to be the "chairman" and wanted to create an international language organization. I was very interested in this thing, so I asked him to meet privately. After meeting with him, I realized he was a 60-year-old man living in the suburbs of Beijing, a marginal figure with no friends or relatives. He was alone in Beijing and depended on a subsistence allowance every month. What puzzled me is why he cannot sustain his own life and is enthusiastic about establishing an international language organization. He even set up his own international language organization website to try to contact leaders of various countries and international organizations and propagate his doctrines and ideas on the Internet. After that, I conducted a series of interviews with him, made a huge text collection and video recording, and showed it in this exhibition.
